Who We Are

Barron Properties is a small business, owned and managed by Chuni & Gitty Kahan. Since founding Barron Properties in 1982, Mr & Mrs Kahan have gained a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience in all areas of property management, development and investment.

The Kahan’s successfully appealed a High Court Ruling at The House of Lords involving one of their former companies Barron Investments in Prudential Assurance Company Limited (Respondents) v. London Residuary Body and others (Appellants).

As a small business, Barron Properties provides both a personal and professional service to landlords, investors, and tenants. At Barron Properties every individual receives individual attention and does not have to go through an endless chain of staff, but rather our clients and tenants have the peace of mind that Chuni ∧ Gitty Kahan are fully invested in each individual's business.
